Mini Mocha Cake Donuts
 
Mini cake donuts are quick and easy to make and adding iced Mocha coffee really adds to the flavor.
Ingredients
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • Eggs, oil as calls for on the box
  • International Delight Iced Coffee - Mocha (amount to replace the water ingredient on the cake mix box)
  • 1¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons International Delight Iced Coffee - Mocha
  • Toppings if desired: sprinkles, crushed chocolate pieces, chocolate drizzle
Instructions
  1. Mix cake mix as directed on the box, replacing water with International Delight Iced Coffee - Mocha.
  2. Carefully pour batter into donut maker.
  3. Bake as directed by manufacturer. My mini donut maker only takes 5-8 minutes.
  4. Allow all donuts to cool.
  5. For the glaze, mix 1¼ cup powdered sugar & 3 tablespoons International Delight Iced Coffee - Mocha.
  6. Add glaze to a quart-size plastic bag & drizzle onto donuts. Add sprinkles, crushed chocolate pieces, and/or chocolate drizzle, if desired.
