Last month I started talking about potty training tips and becoming a Pull-Ups ‘First Flush’ Ambassador. Since starting to potty train my two year old, things have slowed down a little. Each day is different. Some days he doesn’t want to wear Pull-Ups at all, other days he doesn’t have an accident. I am staying patient and letting him go at his own pace. When my three year old started potty training last year, nothing seemed to work and one day he just decided he was ready and it happened almost over night (or so it seemed). So I believe the same can happen this time. When he does use the potty, we still celebrate each flush with a high five, lots of praise, and sometimes a sticker. Positive encouragement goes a long way!
Pull-Ups Celebration in NYC Times Square
Tuesday, January 29th, Pull-Ups is throwing a larger than life potty training celebration in Times Square. They want to help parents and their little ones kick off their potty training journey. The event will include a huge potty, live performers, and a light-up billboard celebration. I think it is awesome to have the little ones with a lot of fellow potty potty training kids for a larger than life party!
