Recipe type: Dessert

These marshmallow pops are decorated to look like a clock perfect for ringing in a new year on New Year's Eve!
Ingredients
  • Large Marshmallows
  • Candy Sticks
  • White Candy Melts
  • Black Candy Melts
  • Yellow Candy Melts
Instructions
  1. Cut the marshmallows in half.
  2. Place a candy stick in the bottom of each half. When you are doing this, you may need to work the marshmallow to look more circular.
  3. Melt white candy melts, as directed on packaging. Dip and cover each marshmallow, using a small butter knife to help coat and smooth the melted candy.
  4. Place them on a baking sheet, lined with wax or parchment paper.
  5. Freeze for a few minutes to set the candy melts.
  6. Melt a handful of yellow candy melts and put them in a freezer storage bag or icing bag. Use an icing tip or just cut a very small corner off the freezer bag and pipe yellow circle on the front of each marshmallow pop.
  7. Melt a handful of black candy melts, place in a freezer bag and snip a very small corner off the bottom. Pipe clock hands (and the number 12, if desired) on each pop.
  8. Place in the freezer for a few minutes to ensure they are completely set.
