Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

This Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower is an easy delicious side dish!
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan, romano, asiago cheese blend
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Chop cauliflower florets and place in large mixing bowl
  3. Mix olive oil and minced garlic, add to the cauliflower & toss
  4. Add grated cheese & toss until completely coated
  5. Spread out on baking sheet
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper, to liking
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
  8. Mix cauliflower
  9. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  10. Remove, place in bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
