Hot Apple Pie Dip

- 8oz reduced-fat cream cheese spread
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (can substitute with ground cinnamon)
- 1 apple, chopped, divided
- ¼ cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped pecans
- WHEAT THINS Original Snacks (provide 10-21g of whole grains per serving)
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice until well blended.
- Stir in half the apples.
- Spread mixture into a pie plate or small casserole dish.
- Top with remaining apples, cheddar and pecans.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until heated through.
- Serve warm with WHEAT THINS Snacks
