Everyday, things are changing and I am always doing new activities with the kids. We try new foods, games, parks, books, etc. However, there are a few things that have to stay consistent for me to function daily. One of those things being coffee.
I need my coffee first thing in the morning, drinking at least 2-3 cups. I count on my Keurig brewer to get me moving and ready for what the days brings me. When nap-time rolls around in the afternoon, I am normally going back from another cup or two of coffee to keep me going through the rest of the day. However, with the hot summer temperatures, I often crave an iced coffee or beverage. Having an iced drink is now easier than ever with Brew Over Ice K-Cups.
There are a variety of iced coffees, teas, and fruit drinks that are offered in the K-Cups. To use, simply used a 16oz cup full of ice. Set the brewer to 6oz or 8oz (10oz will cause an overflow with a full cup of ice). Select a flavor of Brew Over Ice K-Cup brew as usual. After the hot beverage melts some of the ice, your cup still has ice to keep the drink cold.
Each afternoon, I have been enjoying a Donut Shop’s Iced Coffee drink brewed with my Keurig. The coffee is medium roast and slightly sweet. The flavor is creamy enough that there is no need to add milk. It’s a great drink to get a refreshing pick-me-up while getting some work done.
For the first time, I have tried the Snapple Peach Iced Tea and Vitamin Burst Strawberry Pomegranate Fruit Brew. The iced tea had just enough fruit flavor to my liking. It was a tasty tea that is good to have on hand when I don’t want to make a whole pitcher of iced tea. The Vitamin Burst was amazing. It includes a blend of my true favorite fruits, strawberry and pomegranate, and is packed with Vitamin C.
