Sheet pan dinners are perfect for busy weeknights. This sausage & vegetables dinner takes under 30 minutes from prep to the dinner table.

Sausage & Vegetables Sheet Pan Dinner

For the first time in just over a year, two of the three kids will be back in team sports starting this week. That means at least four days a week involve at least one practice or game.

Top that with work schedules, school, homework, and everything else, we are going to be on-the-go constantly. If you have followed me for a while, you know family dinner is important to me. No matter how much we have going on, we do everything we can to sit down at the same table for dinner, as a family of five.

Picsweet Farms® Vegetables For Roasting

To make dinner easier throughout the week, we typically plan all the meals on Sunday. We look at the schedule for the week and decide which days need quick dinners or even pre-prepped meals.

For easy dinners, Pictsweet Farms® Vegetables For Roasting are great to have on hand in the freezer. They make for easy side dishes or ingredients for a one-pan meal. We eat a lot of vegetables and to have some that are prepared already is a huge time-saver. These frozen vegetables are specially prepared for roasting and I don’t have to do all the cleaning, peeling, and cutting.

Picsweet Farms® Vegetables For Roasting

In 2020 Pictsweet Farms®  made the commitment that every vegetable would be 100% Grown on American Soil, from asparagus to zucchini. See the blue seal on the packaging? It is nice seeing that they are committed to that and keeping the products coming from their family farms here in the US.

Another Pictsweet Farms® product we had this week was the Pictsweet Farms® Vegetables For Roasting-Seasoned Mexican Street Corn. It’s a flavorful mix of corn, peppers, and onions tossed with a savory blend of cheese, lime, cilantro, and other seasonings.

My favorite quick and easy dinner is hot dogs because the entire meal can be cooked in a matter of minutes. They aren’t the healthiest food option, but several brands now make them without nitrates, which makes them a little more healthy than they could be.

Our favorite quick & easy dinner is probably spaghetti. We don’t eat much meat, so all I have to do is boil the spaghetti/angel hair, warm up the sauce, & heat up garlic cheese bread. However, now that I’m seeing all these yummy Pictsweet Farms veggies all ready for roasting, I think we’ll be adding these to our menu. First to try, the Mexican Street Corn, yum!
