Dishes. Dishes. Dishes. Do they ever end? Are they ever all clean? Will I even get over of my obsession with pre-washing all the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher? I spend nearly every day with my kids outdoors in the backyard in the spring and summer. Then every weekend we grill and sometimes have friends or family over for dinner. Since we entertain frequently, our backyard is full of furniture, a fire pit, two grills, and lots of toys for the kids. So for me, that means a lot of things that frequently need cleaning from being outdoors.

Trying to find time to take a non-rushed shower these days is next to impossible. I don’t know of any moms that have time to take a 30-minute (or longer) shower (or bath) every day. I mean, I’m sure there are some out there, but it’s not me. And with short, rushed showers comes no time for shaving my legs. I try to make time occasionally, but it’s not as often as I should.
