From spending time with families to decorating the house, I love everything about the holiday season. Each year, my passion for making homemade gifts grows exponentially. The idea of creating something especially for friends and family, that no one else will give them, is exciting.
Decorating this year for Halloween has been a lot of fun. The boys are finally old enough to really enjoy the holiday fun. For the last few weeks, we have been slowly adding decorations to the house and making Halloween crafts. For the latest addition, I made and framed a 5×7 subway art to complete our mantle.
Fall is my favorite season. I love the colors of Autumn, cooler temperatures, and the start of the holiday season. There are so many things I want to do with the family this year, and I started making a list. I decided to turn it into a project with my kids and make a Fall Bucket List Tree.
I love doing crafts and projects with my little ones. Often, I like to reuse materials around the house because it’s convenient and free. Something happened the other day and made me realize it would be best to make a Recycle Bin just for those activities. This is perfect for containing the supplies for our at-home preschool.
I print photos frequently to add new frames around the house, make scrapbooks, and send photos to long distant relatives. However, with technology and social media these days, I find myself going long periods without printing a single photo. I love taking pictures daily of my sons, but often find myself sharing them on Instagram and quickly forgetting about them. That has all changed now, as I recently learned how easy it is to print Instagram photos with the Walgreens App.

It seems we always have projects going on in our house. My husband is pretty handy and tends to spoil the boys. Lately it’s been all about their play fort he’s been making. With all the wood we have laying around, we decided to make a new little toy for the kids that they can play with inside and outside.
Coffee has always been one of my favorite beverages. Not a day goes by where I don’t enjoy at least one cup. When I think of coffee, I always think of Starbucks. If I am out running errands, I cannot resist driving through a Starbucks drive-thru for a fresh cup of deliciousness. When it comes to drinking coffee at home, I still can depend on Starbucks to get me through the day.
