What’s the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word fall? For me, it’s apples, pumpkins, and family time. Mixing all these favorites together, today I am sharing a delicious easy fall recipe perfect for family gatherings. Hot Apple Pie Dip – An Easy Fall Favorite Recipe

Just being honest here, but I am very ready for the season of fall to be in full swing. I want that crisp evening weather that calls for a warm hoodie and comfort food. Plus, the majority of my favorite family activities are in the fall: making s’mores, hayrides, pumpkin picking, corn mazes, apple picking, bonfires and I could go on and on.

I would say almost weekly we get together with neighbors and while the kids play, the adults chat around a toasty bonfire. Each neighbor brings a delicious snack or appetizer for all to enjoy. One snack that is always sure to make an appearance is whole grain crackers. Did you know that September is Whole Grain Month?

Celebrate Whole Grain Month with delicious and convenient NABISCO products made with whole grains. TRISCUIT Crackers and WHEAT THINS Snacks make it easy to get more whole grains each day.

Stir in half the apples.

NOTE: I decided to use half of a fuji apple and half a granny smith apple to add more color to the dip visually.
