As I wait for the spring weather to catch up with the season, I can’t help but think about outdoor entertaining. You know, the joy of sitting out in the sunshine with loved ones while enjoying small bites and refreshing beverages.
My all-time favorite fruit dip is simple: cream cheese mixed with marshmallow creme. We often make it to serve in a bowl with a platter of fresh fruits. But why not make it a bite-sized treat? If you are an avid reader of my recipes, you know I love small bites, so that’s where this recipe comes in. An easy no-bake appetizer and/or dessert with fresh fruits in fillo shells.
