This Italian-Style Deli Pasta Salad is an easy delicious recipe that can be made ahead and enjoyed during numerous occasions; perfect for gatherings, lunch, or as a weeknight side dish.

When it comes to making side dishes during the summer months, one of my go-to sides is a nice cold pasta salad. Almost every barbeque or gathering there is during the summer, you will most likely find at least one variety of pasta salad.

Sometimes cold pasta salads are all about the vegetables. Other times, cheese and deli meats steal the show. That is exactly what Italian-style pasta salad is all about. Try it this weekend or for a meal prep next week!
