With a family of 5, someone is always in and out of the kitchen. Keeping it as clean as possible is a high priority for me and should be an easy task to allow for more family time. Ultra Palmolive® Antibacterial* and Scotch-Brite® Advanced Scrub Dots Non-Scratch Scrubbers, help me achieve the cleanliness I strive for.

Having the boys home every day for the last five months has been an adjustment. We’ve really focused on splitting household chores. This allows us to complete tasks quicker, giving us more time for fun including family time. The biggest change was in the kitchen.

Our kitchen is really the hub of our home. Family mealtimes are a must and we are often making homemade dishes with the help of all the kids. Some weekends, we even spend hours making 3-5 dishes for the week. Do you know what that means? A lot of dirty dishes and messy counters.

To stay on top of the messes, I keep a few products on hand to use on everyday messes that also multitask (*kills 99.9% of bacteria). For that, the perfect combination is Ultra Palmolive® Antibacterial and Scotch-Brite® Advanced Scrub Dots Non-Scratch Scrubbers. Together, they can tackle simple messes, dishes from everyday meals, and delicate cookware such as wine glasses.

With the new Scotch-Brite® Advanced Scrub Dots Non-Scratch Scrubbers, I have no issues using them every day, as they resist odors, rinse clean without trapping food, and dry fast. Having a long-lasting sponge that I love is such an adulting feeling, that I will never outgrow.

Berry Lime Smoothie Recipe

When it comes to dirty dishes and cleanups, there are a few everyday messes that I handle on my own. This summer I started making a smoothie every morning. Frozen fruits, honey, red berries, lime juice, etc can really make quite the mess, but it is easy to make and equally as delicious. A favorite is this berry lime smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • A drizzle of honey, optional

To make the smoothie, add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.

If you like your smoothie thicker and more frozen, you can make frozen greek yogurt and almond milk cubes in ice cube trays. Then when ready to make the smoothie, add a couple of the cubes to the blender.

For easy cleanup, don’t forget to get all the dishes rinsed and cleaned immediately.

Since Ultra Palmolive® Antibacterial kills 99.9% of Bacteria* on dishes and kitchen surfaces, I always give the counters a quick wipe-down with it.

I also stay stocked up on Ultra Palmolive® Antibacterial* and Scotch-Brite® Advanced Scrub Dots Non-Scratch Scrubbers. It is never a good moment when running out with no backup supply.

I have been a very loyal Walmart Grocery delivery shopper for a while now. It is extremely convenient, which is necessary with all the schedules I have to keep track of. I can add items to my cart as we get low, and when I am ready for a delivery (once a week or so), I pick my delivery date/time and checkout.

Ultra Palmolive® Antibacterial has effective cleaning power to help you take on the toughest messes, and when paired with the everyday cleaning power of Scotch-Brite® Advanced Scrub Dots Non-Scratch Scrubbers, that rinses clean, you have a kitchen dynamic duo.
