I know I have said it before, and I will say it again: I am very routine and schedule driven. Each day has numerous routines. Everything has to be scheduled out on various calendars. That’s just the way it has to be. That’s the only way I can manage my busy family.

Potty training is a journey that marks a huge milestone for toddlers and parents. As a mother of three, ages 5 and under, one would think potty training should be breeze. However, it definitely is not. I am down to one in diapers and even though I am ready for him to be potty trained, he still has other plans.

Celebrating my children’s birthdays often remind me of how quickly time goes by. My dearest middle child turned four earlier this month. We had a little party with a cake and gifts. However, he still had some birthday money from a relative that he surprising hadn’t spent yet. Little did I know, he wanted more than just a new toy when we finally went shopping.
Happy (late) Friday! Another week of writing this a little later than I wanted, but we were out of the house most of the day and now looking forward to the weekend.
