When I was pregnant with my first born, I remember reading countless books and articles about being a mom. When it comes to the cold & flu season, this winter has been a rough one. Actually, rough is putting it mildly. Up until this year, we were pretty fortunate. The kids barely got sick and we had few visits to the doctor’s office. So what changed?

Potty training is a journey that marks a huge milestone for toddlers and parents. As a mother of three, ages 5 and under, one would think potty training should be breeze.
